The Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of high-quality dental professionals, including dentists, hygienists, and dental assistants. This role will focus on proactive sourcing strategies, college relations and planning, leveraging various platforms, and fostering relationships with candidates to support the staffing needs of the organization.
- Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Utilize job boards, professional networks, social media, and referrals to identify qualified dental professionals.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of passive and active candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top dental talent.
- Candidate Engagement & Relationship Building
- Conduct initial outreach and screening calls to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with dental professionals, keeping them engaged with company opportunities.
- Attend and organize networking events, career fairs, and industry conferences to connect with potential candidates.
- Collaboration & Coordination
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
- Provide market insights and recommendations on sourcing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track sourcing metrics.
- Employer Branding & Outreach
- Coordinate college recruiting events, ensuring all materials, logistics, and schedules are prepared and organized in advance. Attend events as needed and support representation of 42 North Dental
- Promote the company’s employer brand and value proposition to dental professionals.
- Develop outreach campaigns and social media engagement strategies to attract candidates.
- Collaborate with marketing on recruitment content and branding initiatives.
Experience: 3-5 years of sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition experience, preferably in healthcare or dental industries.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred but not required.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, including LinkedIn, job boards, and resume databases.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in ATS and CRM tools preferred.
